Wreaths benefit community seniors through SMHC sale

The Southern Maine Health Care Auxiliary is selling 24-inch mixed evergreen wreaths to benefit the SMHC Eldercare Services Activities Fund in Sanford. The fundraiser allows seniors to enjoy fun activities throughout the year, including field trips, which they may otherwise not be able to offer.

The wreaths are handmade from balsam and feature a red bow, two pine cones and three sets of red berries for $20 each. Cash and checks are both accepted.

Orders must be received by Nov. 13. For more information or to order, call Bethany Savage at 283-7235 at SMHC’s Biddeford Medical Center or Kim Lachance at 490-7027 at SMHC’s Sanford Medical Center.
