Purim party to have ‘Star Wars’ theme

Congregation Etz Chaim will host a Purim Party/potluck supper 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday, March 20, 36 Bacon St., Biddeford.

This year’s party will have a Star Wars theme. There will be the traditional reading of the “Megillah of Esther,” a “Star Wars” themed Purim play, carnival games, crafts, prizes and a “Star Wars” themed Purim costume contest.

For the Potluck, bring a dairy or vegetable entrée to share. Hamanstashan will be provided for dessert. Bring canned goods to donate to local food pantries.

Parking is available on the street or in the nearby Biddeford Police Station parking lot.
