BHS student wins Principal’s Award

Kirsten Lebreux, a senior at Biddeford High School, has been selected to receive the 2016 Principal’s Award, sponsored by the Maine Principals’ Association, which is given in recognition of a high school senior’s academic achievement and citizenship.

“Throughout her four years at Biddeford High School, Kirsten has distinguished herself in the classroom, in athletics and as a leader in the school,” said Principal Jeremie Sirois. “She is one of the nicest students in the building and is always willing to lend a hand for her school. She very much deserves this recognition.”

Sirois and Lebreux, along with other award winners, will attend a lunch in Bangor in April. The students will receive a $1,000 scholarship.
