Sands of Brine

At Old Orchard Beach, siblings Karen Handley and Don Handley- Price built a sand sculpture with other family members for the “Treasures of the Sea” themed sand sculpture contest sponsored by the Ocean Park Association on Sunday, July 3. Karen Handley said four generations of family gathered to stay at Don Handley-Price’s house in Old Orchard Beach for the holiday weekend. The whole family built the sculpture, which they named “Antlantis,” because of how many “aunts” were present. See page 14 for more photos.
