Parking by Alex

The plot and former building at 105 Alfred St. was purchased by A.S.E., Inc., the same entity that owns Pizza By Alex, in March 2017 for $115,000. The property was assessed at $177,800. Pizza By Alex owner Andy Mantis expects to put 20 parking spaces where the building once stood. This will be the restaurant’s third parking lot, giving it a total of about 40 spaces. “This extension will be even better for customers. They can pull in and pull out,” Mantis said.
