Lucky Pup Rescue

Sally is a beautiful sweetheart who is about 45 pounds and 2 to 3 years old. She is the mom to the S-named puppies, on the Lucky Pup Rescue website. When Sally was found in the south she had a scar around her neck that was already healed. In spite of that she is willing to open her heart to humans. She is great with other dogs, but volunteers are unsure about cats. The person who found her in the south could not keep her, as he was homeless himself, so he turned her over to Lucky Pup’s partner rescue; he must have taken great care of her to help her heal and get ready to have her babies. Sally is shy at first, like most of her sweet babies. They have already been through so much and are learning to trust and love humans. She loves playing with other dogs at the wonderful doggy day care that is fostering her. Sally is very playful for a while but then will throw herself down in the sun for a nap. She is great in the crate and good on leash. Sally loves to give kisses. For more information, visit www.luckypuprescue.org.
