OOB candidate is only beholden to residents

To the editor:

I am writing this letter in support of Lori Gramlich for state House representative from Old Orchard Beach.

Lori has a background filled with skills and expertise that will allow her to be a strong voice for our community.

As a social worker, Lori has more than 30 years in nonprofit prevention-based social work, advocacy and social justice initiatives. She has worked in Augusta both for The Departmant of Health and Human Services and the Maine Legislature. While living in Portland Lori was elected to the school committee and served on its finance committee.

Lori and her husband are small business owners in town. She serves on Friends of the Ballpark Board of Directors.

Lori Gramlich has enthusiasm and energy. She will use her voice in Augusta to work on our local issues, for example: Getting a fair share of state funds for our schools, working on infrastructure needs and solving traffic gridlock. Lori is an active listener. If elected, she will speak for us and get things done.

Lori Gramlich is a Clean Elections candidate. She is only beholden to the residents of Old Orchard Beach. I am voting for Lori, and I hope you will too.
